Booking Terms:
I, the undersigned passenger(s), acknowledge that participation in a boat tour can involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Slips, trips, and falls on wet surfaces and whilst boarding / disembarkation
Injuries caused by waves, sudden movements, or adverse weather conditions
Seasickness or other physical discomfort
I understand that these risks may result in serious injury, illness.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, personal injury that may be sustained while participating in this tour, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the tour operator, vessel owner White Star Yachting Ltd, employees, agents, or affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained.
I certify that I am physically fit to participate in this activity and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that I am responsible for informing the operator of any relevant medical conditions.
The crew are onboard to ensure guest safety, I understand and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the crew, including wearing life jackets when/if required and responsible consumption of alcohol onboard.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner, tour operator and crew from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the activity.
Payment, Change & Cancellation terms:
Cancellation after booking 50% penalty
Cancellation within 48 hours / no-show full penalty (100% cost of ticket)
Tour cancellation by the operator due to weather/technical reasons and if rescheduling is not an option a full refund less 10% admin charge.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Vincent & The Grenadines
I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and have agreed to it freely and voluntarily.
